Important Information About Renewing Your Subscription:
You may be contacted by unauthorized companies by mail or telephone to renew your subscription.  These companies are NOT authorized to represent Kalmbach Publishing Co. and are NOT affiliated with us in any way.  Do not give unauthorized companies your credit card information or payment of any kind.  Legitimate renewal notices will always come from our headquarters in Wisconsin or our processing facility in Tampa, FL.  You can also ensure your subscription will be processed properly by logging into your account and renewing online.


When should I notify you of my address change?

You should notify us of your address change 4-6 weeks prior to your move. Please include your old and new address information and the date the change takes effect. To avoid missing any issues, we suggest you notify the post office of your new address so your issues can be forwarded.

May I change my address temporarily to a seasonal address?
Yes, changing your address to a seasonal address is easy to do. Please have both addresses available with the effective dates of the change.

May I renew my subscription by telephone or mail?
If you prefer not to renew your subscription online, telephone us at 800-533-6644 or 262-796-8776, ext. 661 (outside the U.S. and Canada), fax us at 262-796-1615 or mail requests to Kalmbach Publishing Co., PO Box 1612, Waukesha WI 53187-1612.


How come I received another invoice when I've already paid?
Due to the timing of our invoice mailings, it is very likely that your check and the additional invoice crossed in the mail. If you receive another invoice, please contact Customer Service through our online contact form to verify receipt of payment.


How come I received another renewal notice when I've already renewed?
Due to the timing of our renewal mailings, it is very likely that your renewal payment and the additional renewal notice crossed in the mail. If you receive another renewal notice, please contact Customer Service through our online contact form to verify that we have received your renewal payment.


Why doesn't my mailing label reflect my new expiration date if I've already renewed my subscription?
Your address label is printed 4-6 weeks prior to the actual mailing of each issue. It may take 1 or 2 issues before it reflects your new expiration date.

Why did I get an invoice when all I wanted was the 'free' trial issue?
As indicated on the 'free' trial issue offer, an invoice is sent after receiving the 'free' trial issue as a convenience for you. If you enjoyed the trial issue and would like to continue the subscription, simply pay the invoice. If you choose not to subscribe, write 'CANCEL' on the invoice and return it. Please keep all issues you've received with our compliments.


What if I receive a damaged issue?

We will gladly send a complimentary replacement copy if your issue is delivered damaged. Please use our online contact form.


What if I miss delivery of an issue?

We will gladly send a replacement copy if sufficient time has passed for the postal system to deliver it to you. Please use our online contact form.

If you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file. You can quickly check your address online.


What if my subscription began with the same issue I already purchased?

We will gladly correct our error. Please use our online contact form. Include the issue you received in the description.


What are my payment options?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, personal check or money order. Payment should be in U.S. funds, drawn on an U.S. bank. Please do not send cash by mail.

Canadian prices include GST and shipping and must be payable in U.S. funds. Foreign prices include shipping and handling and must be payable in U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. Bank.
